MoU signed between RLIMS and CESIM, Finland

We are delighted to announce that today, the Hon’ble President of RL Institute of Management Studies will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CESIM, Finland. This partnership aims to bring a cutting-edge simulation-based learning experience to our MBA students.

Under this agreement, our students will be trained on various managerial decisions through advanced simulation techniques. Additionally, they will benefit from an AI-based Robotic Personal Interview process, known as Conversational Sim. This innovative approach is designed to enhance students’ understanding of conceptual applications in a real-time simulated environment, a practice already adopted by many premier institutions worldwide.

CESIM, Finland, is a pioneer in simulation-based learning, and this collaboration marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing top-tier education and practical learning experiences.

“SAHITHYAM” – The Book Release Event

On April 7, 2024, RLIMS witnessed the eagerly anticipated release event of “Sahithyam,” A Distinguished MBA Research book. The distinguished occasion was graced by the presence of our Honorable President, who not only unveiled the book but also engaged in enlightening discussions with our enthusiastic students.

The inaugural copy of “Strategic Issues in Contemporary Managerial Practices” was presented to Dr. M. Sivakumar, an esteemed figure serving as Chairperson & Head at MKU, marking a significant moment in the event. Following this, Dr. Sivakumar graciously distributed copies of the book to our esteemed faculties, further enriching the academic environment at RLIMS

In a stimulating event that captivated attendees with its depth and relevance, EXIMIUS – THE HR CONCLAVE saw HR professionals from esteemed companies share invaluable insights on conflict management. Hosted at RLIMS on April 24,2024, the event witnessed a vibrant exchange of ideas and perspectives.

Ms. Nithya Kalyani, a seasoned HR professional from Elysium Technologies, Madurai, kicked off the session by shedding light on the nuances of effective conflict resolution. Two Days Training Workshop on Perspectives in Organization & Management by Actor Kitty

Renowned speaker and organizational expert, Mr. Raja Krishnamoorthy, captivated participants on Day 1 of his workshop with an immersive exploration of organizational growth dynamics. Attendees were enlightened by his groundbreaking concept of ‘3perform = per + form’, which promises to revolutionize performance cycles. Mr. Krishnamoorthy left a lasting impact by empowering attendees with invaluable insights aimed at fostering impactful work environments.

On Day 2, the workshop continued its momentum with a focus on self-discovery and organizational mastery.
