Students Explore Leadership & Learning at Camp Revive, Hosur

We are proud to share that our students recently participated in an exciting and educational trip to Camp Revive, Hosur, from February 28, 2025 to March 1, 2025. This immersive experience was designed to promote teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills through various outdoor and adventure activities.

In addition to the camp experience, our students also had the privilege of attending a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Session conducted in the Camp Revive by Ms.Vijila Jasmine. This insightful session provided valuable awareness on workplace ethics, safety, and respectful conduct, empowering students with essential knowledge for their future professional journeys.

The trip was a perfect blend of adventure and learning, leaving our students with cherished memories and important takeaways. We look forward to organizing more such enriching experiences in the future!

RLIMS Students Shine at BNI Brahmas Grand Franchise Expo 2025

Madurai, February 8 & 9, 2025 – The students of RL Institute of Management Studies (RLIMS) actively Volunteered in the BNI Brahmas Grand Franchise Expo held at Tamukkam Grounds, Madurai, demonstrating remarkable enthusiasm and commitment over the two-day event. Their involvement in the expo provided them with valuable industry exposure, networking opportunities, and real-world business insights. Thanks to Our Alumni Mr. Ganesh (MD – J.K Foods) for this wonderful oppurtunity

The event served as a platform for students to connect with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and potential employers, opening doors for internship opportunities and corporate collaborations. Encouraging them to leverage these newfound connections, the management has urged students to explore Summer Internship and CIS-2 projects with the professionals they engaged with during the expo.

Expressing immense satisfaction with the students’ dedication, the management remarked, “These two days have undoubtedly added new learnings, contacts, and a fresh chapter to your corporate journey. We are thrilled by your commitment and look forward to seeing you seize the opportunities ahead.”

Workshop on RPA & IoT

Madurai, February 9, 2025 – RL Institute of Management Studies successfully conducted a two-day workshop on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Internet of Things (IoT) on February 8 and 9, 2025. The session was led by Mr. Sriram Nagarajan, Founder & CEO of Roboram, who provided deep insights into the evolving world of automation and smart technologies.

A total of 75 students actively participated in the workshop, gaining hands-on experience and industry-relevant knowledge. The session covered key aspects of RPA, IoT applications, and their impact on modern businesses. Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, students explored automation frameworks, sensor-based technologies, and real-world implementations.

The workshop provided a valuable learning experience, equipping students with essential technical and strategic skills crucial for future careers in technology-driven industries. Participants expressed enthusiasm about the session, appreciating the practical exposure and expert guidance offered by Mr. Sriram Nagarajan.

Value added Course on Metaverse with Artificial Intelligence




Madurai, Tamil Nadu – RL Institute of Management Studies (RLIMS), a premier institution affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University and re-accredited by NAAC with an A+ Grade, is set to host a cutting-edge workshop titled “Metaverse with Artificial Intelligence” on the 28th and 29th of November 2024.

The session, led by Mr. Ganesh Balan Pandy, an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant, aims to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the emerging realm of the Metaverse. The workshop is designed to equip students with insights into how AI can enhance virtual environments, revolutionizing industries ranging from education to marketing and beyond.

The program will be conducted at the MBA F32 Hall from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on both days. Students and professionals will gain hands-on exposure to AI tools and learn how the Metaverse is shaping the future of digital experiences.

RLIMS Signs MoU with Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College, Trichy

Trichy, [Nov 8, 2024] – RLIMS (Rathinam Institute of Management Studies) has taken a significant step in strengthening academic collaborations by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Trichy. This partnership aims to enhance educational and research opportunities for both institutions, fostering a collaborative environment to promote knowledge exchange, innovation, and academic growth.

The MoU was signed in the presence of esteemed representatives from Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College, including Dr V. Upendran, Vice Principal; CA R. Venkatesh, Secretary and Correspondent; Dr M. Pitchaimani, Principal; Dr K. Subha, Head of the Department of Management and Dr R. Krishnan, Vice Principal.

This collaboration will involve a range of joint initiatives, including faculty exchange programs, workshops, research collaborations, and skill development initiatives tailored to equip students with the latest industry knowledge. The partnership is expected to open doors for students, offering them enhanced learning experiences and exposure to new academic resources.

Both institutions are optimistic that this MoU will pave the way for a sustained academic relationship, leading to meaningful contributions in the field of higher education.
