BUSINESS PLAN (STARTUP SPARKS)
Guidelines:
- Max 2 members per team.
- 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A.
- Presentation format: PPT / Canva.
- Bring own laptops or USB drive.
- Original ideas only; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
- Formal attire recommended.
- Maintain professional behaviour throughout.
- Clarify doubts only with event coordinators.
- No substitutions after registration.

TREASURE HUNT (CORPORATE CHASE)
Guidelines:
- One team per college
- Team size 5 members.
- Team must nominate one leader at registration.
- Teams must complete all tasks in order.
- Use of gadgets (mobiles) prohibited.
- Teams must stay together; splitting up leads to disqualification.
- All clues are within college campus (safe zones only).
- Various round will be conducted.
- Decisions by volunteers/judges are final.

Cultural Events
FUSION WALK (PERSONA PARADE)
Guidelines:
- Team Size 6 members per team.
- Duration: 5 minutes (includes entry & exit).
- One tagline must represent the team’s theme.
- Dressing room will be provided.
- Any style allowed (traditional, western, corporate, wedding, street, creative mix).
- Submit MP3 soundtrack 1 hour before the event begins.
- Costumes must be decent and non-revealing. Attire such as tube tops, backless, or seethrough clothing is prohibited.
- Props must be approved in advance.
- Vulgarity or obscenity will lead to disqualification.
SINGING (VOCAL VIBES)
Guidelines:
- Solo event; one entry per college.
- Any genre / language allowed.
- Max duration: 3 minutes. (strictly enforced).
- Karaoke optional. Submit track before event.
- Various Rounds will be conducted.

DANCE (RHYTMX 2025)
Guidelines
- Team size 3–6 members per team.
- Any style (folk, western, classical, freestyle).
- Duration: 4 minutes max.
- Song to be submitted 30 min before event.
- No vulgar words or gestures.

Guidelines:

- Audio in MP3 format (submit before event).

- No dialogues or verbal sounds.

General Guidelines
- All participants must carry a valid College ID Card or an authorization letter from their institution.
- Registration and verification for participants will commence at 8:45 a.m. at the college campus.
- Registration Fee: ₹200 per student (includes food, refreshments, and certificates).
- APEX’25 – “The Leading Way” is an intercollegiate management and cultural event exclusively for Undergraduate Students from all disciplines.
- Each team must represent a single college/institute; inter-college teams are not permitted
- Participants must register online before 25th November 2025.
- All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
- A participant can take part in only one event at a time.
- Team modifications after registration are not allowed.
- Events will start as per schedule. Punctuality is expected. Any changes will be informed via email or WhatsApp.
- Participants must report 30 minutes before their event starts. Late reporting will result in negative marking or disqualification.
- Rules and judgments are final and binding; organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel events
- Participants must carefully read all event-specific rules and strictly follow the instructions given by the respective event coordinators.
- Participants using props, music, or costumes must confirm their requirements during registration.
- Carry personal pen drives or laptops if required for your event.
- File submissions (audio, video, PPT) must be made in the prescribed format within the deadline.
- Plagiarism or copied content will lead to immediate disqualification
- Accommodation for outstation participants will be arranged in the college hostel or nearby hotels at a nominal cost.
- The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- Outside food is not permitted.
- Always maintain decorum. Avoid vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language, behaviour, or attire.
- Smoking, drinking, or use of prohibited substances is strictly banned.
- The Overall Championship Trophy will be awarded based on participation in the maximum number of events and the total points accumulated.
