- Doctorate and Master’s degree graduate in Business Administration. A dedicated professor with more than 24 years of experience in international corporations and 9 Years of consultancy & teaching experience in educational Institutions.
- He is certified in many specialized domains, including IT Infrastructure Management, Project Management, ITIL Service Management, Data-Center Management, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Fraud Management, Cloud Computing Management, and Information Technology Security. He also obtained the title of Accredited Management Trainer from the All India Management Association (AIMA).
- A positive-minded personality with 2 decades of experience abroad and has completed many IT and Data Centre projects in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, etc. He is an internationally certified professional in IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL EXPERT), ISO27001, Project Management(PMP), Data-Center Specialist (CDCS), Cloud Computing Specialist(CCCS), Business Continuity Management(BCI), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer(MCSE) and Lean Six Sigma(Yellow Belt).
- He holds membership in Project Management Institute(PMI) – USA and Business Continuity Institute – (BCI) UK. He has also received ITIL Expert Level Certification from the Office of Government Commerce(OGC) – United Kingdom and the “NETWORK PEOPLE STAR AWARD” from Singapore Telecommunications Limited – Singapore.
