About the Program

Where Classroom Meets Boardroom

The IILP bridges the gap between academic excellence and industry practice. RLIMS MBA students gain real-world, mentor-guided experience directly inside partner organizations — while their coursework continues in parallel. The result: graduates who arrive on day one already knowing how your industry thinks.

Program Structure

Six Phases, One Continuous Journey

Students engage with your organization across every semester and a dedicated full-time summer immersion — giving you continuity, not a revolving door of short-term interns.

Phase 1 · Semester 1
September – November 2026
Two days per week (Fridays & Saturdays), excluding internal exam dates and national holidays.
Phase 2 · Exam Break
December 2026
End-semester examinations — students focus on academics. No industry engagement this month.
Phase 3 · Semester 2
January – March 2027
Two days per week (Fridays & Saturdays), excluding internal exam dates and national holidays.
Phase 4 · Exam Break
April 2027
End-semester examinations. Students prepare for the full-time summer phase ahead.
Phase 5 · Summer Immersion ★
May – July 2027
Full-time, 3-month internship — dedicated to intensive project work and organizational contribution. The program's deepest engagement window.
Phase 6 · Semester 3
August – November 2027
Two days per week (Fridays & Saturdays), excluding internal exam dates and national holidays.

Mr. Christopher Xavier serves as the Single Point of Contact — overseeing the program, managing all communications, and ensuring alignment between student, organization, and institute.

Regular Touchpoints

Scheduled check-ins to discuss learning progression, adaptability challenges, and organizational feedback. A detailed meeting schedule is shared at the time of student joining.

Official Correspondence

All exam-related absences, national holidays, and special events are communicated officially by the CRC Head in advance — no surprises.

Post-IILP

The Relationship Doesn't End in November

Students who demonstrate strong performance and cultural alignment may be considered for continued engagement through two formal pathways.

Pathway 1

Capstone Project Internship

Subject to organizational capability and candidate suitability — a focused final-semester engagement that lets students deliver a high-impact capstone project for your organization.

February – March 2028
Pathway 2

Full-Time Employment

Contingent upon job vacancies, organizational requirements, and candidate performance. You already know the person — 15 months of data removes the hiring guesswork.

From May 2028 Onwards
