Mr. Christopher Xavier serves as the Single Point of Contact — overseeing the program, managing all communications, and ensuring alignment between student, organization, and institute.
Regular Touchpoints
Scheduled check-ins to discuss learning progression, adaptability challenges, and organizational feedback. A detailed meeting schedule is shared at the time of student joining.
Official Correspondence
All exam-related absences, national holidays, and special events are communicated officially by the CRC Head in advance — no surprises.

Capstone Project Internship
Subject to organizational capability and candidate suitability — a focused final-semester engagement that lets students deliver a high-impact capstone project for your organization.
Full-Time Employment
Contingent upon job vacancies, organizational requirements, and candidate performance. You already know the person — 15 months of data removes the hiring guesswork.
